"Horrible Customer Service, they are very scripted every time I call the office. They do not take the time to listen to the individual need for the customer and provide a solution. You get read a script and thats it. I cancel my insurance over a month ago and sent the new binder because I got tired of the run around from Paula Paulino. My insurance increased drastically. Do you know I am still being charged for insurance I cancelled 😡. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! They will not address your needs. Insurance is supposed to relieve you not put you in STRESS!!!!!"

"Frustrating Experience with Customer Service Representative Carolina Miller I had the pleasure of working with my agent, Jessica, for nearly four years, and my experience with her was excellent from day one. She always handled any issues with my car insurance promptly and professionally. Unfortunately, my experience changed for the worse when I began dealing exclusively with her customer representative, Carolina Miller. Carolina lacks the basic qualifications needed for her role. Each time I called the agency, I was transferred to her, and it has been increasingly frustrating. She seems disorganized and frequently makes simple mistakes, such as entering the wrong last name on my policy, as well as incorrect email and phone number information. If she struggles with these basic tasks, it raises concerns about her ability to manage more critical aspects of my policy. Overall, my experience has been disappointing since Carolina took over, and I hope the agency can address these issues to improve customer service."
